The mission of the Keystone Emergency Management Association (KEMA) is to foster and promote a high degree of capability and competency of the Emergency Management professionals and volunteers in every political subdivision of the Commonwealth by contributing to the common cause of protecting lives and property from both man-made and natural disasters through education, sharing of information and encouragement of partnerships with emergency response organizations.
While KEMA has had previous websites, it was the wish of Harry Robidoux to have a stand alone website to promote the association. We, the members of the Keystone Emergency Management Association, dedicate this site to Harry.
KEMA shall be recognized by the Pennsylvania emergency management community as a results-driven organization of emergency management professionals.
